Hello,
We conducted tests on the Alexa 35, version 1.2.1, connecting the MVF-2 to the VF1 port. Following some standard setup, we attempted to connect the ccm-1 to the vf-2. An error message appeared due to a version incompatibility with the monitor. We unplugged it, and at that moment, the mvf-2 went black and never turned on again.
We attempted to replace the cable, port, and battery. We upgraded the CCM-1 to enable navigation in the menu, then performed a factory reset, but nothing changed. The mvf-2 is not recognized in the upgrade panel of the menu.
We considered upgrading the camera. We attempted to add the 4.0.0 version to the USB stick and then reconnected it. However, the camera can no longer capture it. It is considered that nothing is connected to the USB-C port.
I haven't found any information about this issue, either here or elsewhere, and I'm unsure how to move past it.
Thank you for your help, and I apologize for my English.
Problem with mvf-2 and USB-C drive
