Hello everyone,

I just bought the ALEXA Mini LF camera about 2 months ago, but recently encountered a rather annoying problem. When I turn on the camera and start recording, sometimes the camera suddenly turns off for no apparent reason. I tried resetting and checking the power source but still can't fix it. Has anyone encountered a similar situation or knows how to handle it? I look forward to receiving help from everyone.

please draw a logfile from the camera and get in touch with ARRI Service (service@arri.de), they will be able to diagnose the issue.
Best is to make the log file right after the issue occurred, and note the time.
