AEM-1 on latest firmware camera not recording sound

I upgraded AEM-1 firmware to 1.1G. But I can get the sound to record, not passing sound into Alexa35? Sound module shows it gets sound from both mic inputs, but nothing is captured during recording. No sound when headphones are plugged into VF. Camera Audio recording is set to Channels AEM L and R. What am I missing? Thanks in advance

Hello,

please do a camera factory reset first and after that please reset the config of the AEM-1 following this steps:

1. Menu > SETUP > UPDATE
( The AEM-1 will enter: SERVICE menu)

2. Confirm “UPDATE WITH FIRMWARE” with “yes”
(Note that this leads to the update menu and not to the start of the
update.)

3. Now you are in the update menu. Go to “RESET” and confirm “ERASE CONFIG”
with “yes”.
(This will reset the configuration.)

After that activate the correct input in the camera menu for audio recording:

Re-try audio recording with source set to AEM-1 in the camera menu.
