Warning #174 and #228

Hi, recently traveled with my camera for a shoot. Upon arrival camera would not boot properly and EVF was on but couldn't use any buttons or navigate screen. Got multiple error messages. "Due to a problem the camera switch back to the previous software installation. Please reinstall as software update package (#174). Then another message saying "Software state inconsistent. Please update camera (#228). The camera was on the latest software 4.1.0 SUP, USB card is formatted to EXFAT.

I was able to use Arri Companion App to Remote control camera and access menus. I did a factory reset and it still came back with the same errors. I also tried to install new SUP, but its just stalled out and won't install. I'm most likely needing to bring it into Arri, but curious if anyone else has had this issue. Wondering if it's a glitch in the new software or somehow during transport it was damaged.

Hello and I'm sorry, but there seems to have been a problem during the update process and we would recommend that you contact ARRI Service. If reinstall does not work there's nothing we can do.
