There are a few large dust particles that have made their way into my viewfinder. Is there any user-accessable way to clean the dust out or do I need to send the EVF to ARRI for service?

You should send the VF to your nearest ARRI service center since this is not a procedure end users can do.
You would risk damaging the unit..
