Hello,

Everything from the mixer to the camera is set to 24.000fps. Within a couple of minutes of jamming the camera throws an error that says the ext-tc is at a different frame rate.

I'm jamming with a Deneke TS-C slate.

what's the cameras project rate? also 24fps?

Yes, the project rate is set to 24 as well.

Thank you for responding.

I'm working in Vietnam and the language barrier is making this problem extra difficult.
