Cable ALEXA to Cine Tape Pin Configuration

When purchasing interface cables from ARRI it arrives in a plastic packet and also gives the wiring diagram. I have purchased a few of these cables before and have always kept the papers for future repairs etc.
Right now here on the otherside of the planet I need to make up a cable as the movie starts shooting tomorrow and there is no time to freight a cable in from anywhere to South Africa.
Does anyone have the diagram for the Alexa Plus to Cine Tape? It is a 16pin Lemo to 6 pin Lemo.
