Hey guys,

Brand new to the forum and having a hard time getting to the sample footage Arri has available. I know the main website & forum have two separate log-in setups. But when I click on the server for the sample footage, it's asking for my log in again and neither of my log-in name/password choices seem to work.

I downloaded FileZilla, but don't have experience with this type of software.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Matt,

In Filezilla, locate the top bar with 4 empty fields(Host, Username, Password and Port) as seen in the picture attached Enter the login details below and hit Quickconnect

Host: ftp-footage.arri.de
User: ALEXA
Password: samplefootage

You can then drag and drop the sample footage to your pc or use the navigation panels and right-click > Download
