Change metadata Reel/Tape Number and filename?

Hey =)

Resuming a longer project after a break we accidentally set a wrong reel number in camera and ended up
with one card that has duplicate file names with another shoot day.

Since the project will be edited in Avid it would be nice if we could clean that up and I was wondering if there is
a way to change the reel numbers and file names of the footages original metadata without re-compressing?

Format is 4:3 ProRes 4444 on Alexa mini.

Any solution would be very much appreciated

If you are using Silverstack there is an option in the version 8 to add unique names to the clips (normally it is used for Go Pro's and the Sony Alpha's etc.), maybe you can try that. What this does is that it adds the bin name that you choose (card number) and then the clip number then the original name and then the date...
