USB thumb drive data exchange issues

If your computer does not show logs, screen grabs or set up files, that were written by an AMIRA or ALEXA Mini
OR if the camera does not show SUPs or Licenses that were written from a computer,
it's possible that your USB thumb drive/USB stick does not use the correct partition map.
The camera uses the first FAT partition it can find. If a GUID partition scheme is used, OS X will create a 200 MB EFI partition, which will be used by the camera, but which is invisible for OS X or Windows, causing the data exchange issue.
To resolve the problem, the stick needs to be partitioned with an MBR partition scheme and formatted as FAT volume.
