I am currently using Mitomo TrueNDs, and really impressed with its color performance except difficulty in cleaning.

Is it right to understand that new ARRI NDs are based on Mitomo TrueNDs, so they both should offer exactly the same non colorshift performance? I heard new ARRI's are easy to clean.

Yes, the new ARRI NDs are based on Mitomo TrueNDs, so both offer similar non-colorshift performance. The ARRI versions are reportedly easier to clean, maybe check their APK for details.
