I was excited about the new mic attenuation option that became available with SUP 5.2 because I shoot a lot of content at live events where it gets very loud. I was on a shoot last night and was hoping I could take advantage of the new option but when I went to the mic attenuation menu the options were greyed out for all audio inputs.
Is mic attenuation only available in certain record modes? I was shooting ProRes 4444 @ 3.2K at 23.98fps.

Hi there,
It sounds like your camera has an older revision of the audio board that unfortunately does not support mic attenuation.
If you'd like us to check which revision of the board your camera has, please contact service with your camera's serial number.
