Using x y mode for gel conversion on fixture

Hello again,
Is it possible to adjust the x y settings directly on the fixture or remote to change to gel colour/correction utilising the Arri Sky Panel Gel Conversion Charts? I’m thinking it might be quicker to find a colour that way than scrolling through the lists of gels already built into the head and in the process looking a clown on set...
Why not have the ability to dial in the gel manufactures numbers to locate a gel?
Also in the HSI mode, is 120 equal to chromakey green at 100% and 240 equal to chromakey blue at 100%?
Is the a chart published somewhere for the various degrees of settings?
Thanks,
Ken.
