Booting Failure of Mini

Hello,

I hadn't turned on my Alexa Mini for last 6 months.
Today, I have switched it on and a problem has just occurred.
Mini is not able to finish its booting, in other words, it stays in booting state.

Anybody who had same problem and successfully fixed it?
Help me, please.

Dear Young,

sounds strange (the 6 month break for your Mini ;) - please give our service in your region a call, I guess re-installing the firmware might solve the issue.

Hello.I have the booting failure. The monitor show Arri logo only. Will reinstall software work? How can I re install the software?

if you know the ipadress or its serial number you can access the webremote (replace 12345 with your AMIRA's serialnumber):
http://amira-12345.local

Via the regular update procedure in the AMIRA menu you can commit a software update.
