Wave form not appearing on evf or monitor

I have both turned on, but they're simply not appearing. I've had both SDI outs running to separate monitors but have tested with them out.
Does anyone have any ideas as to why I'm not seeing it? Perhaps it's been silently disabled somehow?

Hi there. Thanks for creating a thread. Does it happen again and again? What's your solution? What methods were approved?

Hi Wozza,
is it possible that you have you EVF/Mon processing set to 'Alexa Classic 709'? If so, please change them to Look or LogC as the WFM is not available in this mode.
You can find the Setting in: LOOK > CONFIG > EVF/Mon proc. >
The attached SDI Monitors do not have any influence on the setting.
Please report this issue could be resolved!
