We have a persistent error with one of our Alexa Mini bodies on set yesterday that we haven't managed to resolve yet.
The camera displays the error message: "A software error has occurred. Reboot camera." Checking the log file shows "Process 22 died unexpectedly (1). Errno=3" before each software error message. (Firmware v5.2.17)
What is process 22? Other than re-installing firmware or switching to a new body - is there a fix available?

please send the Logfile and a User Setup File to our service or us (digitalworkflow@arri.de), we need more info to further investigate the issue.
If possible describe what happened, how you recorded etc...

We've just had the same message. What was the issue here? Do we need a new body?
