Hi everybody.
Our camera has started to give us an error message every time we boot up. See attached image.
We have nothing attached to the EXT or RS port while booting up.
What could be causing this? When we attach the SMC-1 it will not work, so the port is essentially dead the way it is now.
I've tried to reset camera to factory settings to no avail.
The port/connectors looks clean. Nothing wedged in there, no broken pins etc.

Dear Stian,
I heard you got in touch with our service department through Camera Nordic.
Please share the outcome here so people know if it is a software issue or a hardware defect.
Cheers,
Jan

Sorry for the late update.
Our camera was fixed at Camera Nordic.
There was water damage on the EXT port that had travelled along the wire towards a cicuit board.
I'm not sure exactly what they changed, but they fixed the problem.
It was salt water and I'm not sure how much water got on the camera, but it could not have been more that a few drops.
Anyways we're happy with the outcome.
