Problems with tentacle device and alexa mini LF

Hi Dear,
I´m having problems with my tentacle devices and alexa mini LF. The timecode has inconsistencies, some days it works fine and other days it has offsets from different frames. the timecode. I have inconsistant with some files between video a sound.

I did the configuration recommended by Arri:

Sensor_Genlock_TC in

Timpecode_Free run_Regen (My tentacle device always is connected).

I see the time code of Alexa and my recorder (sound devices 664) all day similar. But the DIT when syncronize the files say me that some files are work fine, another with offeset, but random.

Do you can help me?

Dear Carlo,

can you do test clips/sound recordings and upload that for us?
One with the configuration you've stated and an other one with the timecone in jam-sync.

Strange thing is why would it work one day and not the other?
