WCU-4 Zoom Rocker loose - how to open and tighten it?

Hi People

I am having issues with the WCU-4 zoom rocker which is loose and not very responsive. It is so loose that it clatters metallicly. Any instructions or ideas for fixing this? I rather not send it off if possible.

Note I am not concerned to pick the WCU apart as I am experience in delicate electronics and cameras ect. but just want to do some research if any else have had this problem.

Please take it to a nearby ARRI service center for proper diagnosis and repair. Please don't attempt to fix it of your own.
