Alexa XT. E: System error and ACOM: No such device

I have an issue will an Alexa XT.
Once I leave the 3.2K resolution and go into 2K, HD or Highspeed the camera gets an error and is not able to record anymore on the installed card. Only a reboot and then card format helps. I’ve tried several cards (CFast and SxS) and always have the same issue
3.2K everything is fine – all the available codecs and framerates work wine. But anything in 2K or HD makes the camera crash. Live info is then “E: System error and ACOM: No such device”
Can anyone help?

Hi. After transferring to arriraw to alexa plus an error E: System error Acom: wrong FPGA image loaded. Help solve the problem.
