Arri Licence Shop..... Issues.... again

You really need to do some work on the licence store, its proving a complete ball ache when it goes wrong out of office hours! Just tried to purchase Arri RAW licence for a shoot tomorrow but discovered the following:

Only the account holder can pay, there is no option to specify a different name, in my case address was the same since its a company card but the card verification doesn't work with the wrong name on the invoice details

Then I had a brain fart and thought I'd just change the name on the account to mine.....
Not such luck, immediately got a message from Arri saying the account was suspended..... ahhhhhhhhhh
Now I guess I've got to wait for Germany to wake up tomorrow to reactivate the account..........

ok all sorted, but be aware, Currently:

Changes to your account details result in Account suspension until its signed off in Munich (Office Hours Only, 0900-1700 CET) So don't mess with it unless you're desperate or else you may end up more desperate!

When paying by credit card the Invoice is automatically raised in name of the account holder, ie no option to change invoice details for Credit Card verification or to put in payment details that differ from the account holder.

When an account has been temporarily suspended and the Accounts department have signed off on it, you will need to log off & log on again in order for that to take effect, i.e. refreshing the browser doesn't refresh the account status..... So don't sit there too long cursing them for being slow....

Maybe some of this will be addressed in the near future?
