L10c won turn on

L10c won turn on

I have an L10C that is blocked, it won't start, it seems to have gone into protection mode, as shown in the photo, all the buttons are blocked.
Does anyone know how to get it working again?

as the manual does not reveal any locking option, please re-post the image.

Or you try our Lighting Service Team. Give them a call, this is the quickest way,
