EVF internal display problem

Hello,

We had a problem with the viewfinder. after two weeks of filming, the viewfinder only displays the image in the small LCD panel of the viewfinder but no longer in the internal viewfinder. By plugging in and unplugging the viewfinder cable the image reappears for a few moments, then disappears again. We tried again with another new cable... same problem. the viewfinder did not receive any shock during filming.

Did you have the same problem? and do you have any ideas or possibilities to recover the internal image of the viewfinder?
