Dear amarkowe,
you are running an outdated SUP (1.0.4 from April this year). Please update the camera to the most recent version (SUP 1.2.0).
If the problem still persists, please try the following:
- use front/rear VF connector
- use a different VF cable
- use a different MVF-2
This could throw some light on the issue. But I am afraid the camera would need to go to the next service station:

Best regards,
Andreas Berkl

I was just finishing off the setup of a client's Alexa 35. The most recent firmware has been installed, and the WCU-4 has been updated as well.
Whenever I activated the camera's WCU radio, the unit would pixelate, power off, and then come back on again. Once again, I will repeat the procedure until the Alexa 35's radio is turned off.
It seemed to have nothing to do with the WCUs themselves and occurred with three WCU-4s. I disconnected the in-camera radio and attached a UMC-4; after that, the rig began to function normally without any hiccups.
ANYTHING you can tell me about what's going on and how to fix it?
