MVF 1 mini hdmi port

Hi there,

Recently I’ve noticed the colour bars popping up in my viewfinder / evf screens, and the image coming off and on again intermittently. After trying different cables I’ve come to the conclusion it’s the port itself. By pressing either cable very slightly to one side, the image becomes stable again.

Is the mini HDMI port on the mvf 1 replaceable?

This only started happening after I collected my Mini from a service recently, not sure if it’s related though.

Your assumption seems to be correct to narrow down the issue to the port itself.

This very much sounds like the issue was introduced during service by accident. Please get in touch with your service station and ask them to have a look at the problem.
