Alexa 35 MVF-2 (EVF) freezing issue

Hello,
Our Alexa 35 has been experiencing an issue where the EVF freezes sporadically during operation and requires a full reboot to restore functionality. This issue has occurred in multiple shooting environments with a variety of camera settings/builds/etc. Although this is extremely annoying, it’ll only happen a max of 3-4 times throughout the day, and on some days won’t happen at all. It just got back from a second round of testing at Arri and they are unable to reproduce the issue, and are basically telling us we’re SOL.

Any experience/suggestions/ideas would be very welcome. Has anyone had this happen to them?

Im on a shoot and having a similar issues that started yesterday for some reason. At first we thought it had something to do with humidity going from AC to 90 degree humid Texas air, but while troubleshooting I decided to unplug the timecode cable and that seems to have solved all our problems.
