I am making some cables for my Steadicam. I have a question regarding the cable to power Alexa Mini / Mini LF.
My sled is custom made from Italy, it has 12V mode and 24V mode. The camera power connectors on my sled are Lemo 1B.303, pin1 is GND, pin2 is 12V and pin3 is 24V. While on 24V mode, the 12V pin can still output 12V.
I will make two versions of the power cables. The first is to power the Mini just with 12V, in case of need, and that's quite straight forward, I suppose, I just have to solder lines 2,3,4 to GND and 6,7,8 to the 12V pin.
However, I was wondering, for the 24V cable version, do I have to solder all lines 6,7,8 to the same 24V pin of my cable, or some of these should be dedicated to 12V anyway?
(for Amira, Mini, Alexa LF and Alexa 35 it's all the same, right?)

All cameras with the 8-pin LEMO power socket has the same pin-out. All cables terminate the same way on the camera side regardless of voltage:
Make sure to bridge GND (pins 2, 3, 4) and POSITIVE (pins 6, 7, 8) at the camera side connector, so you spread the current load across all 3 pins.
The voltage ranges for the input are described as follows:
Alexa Mini & AMIRA: 10.5-34 V DC
Alexa Mini LF: 11 - 34 V DC
Alexa 35: 20.5 - 33.6 V DC
Be aware that two 14.4v nominal batteries hot off the charger in coupled in series might exceed the 33.6v limit of the Alexa35

I have a doubt, I want to make a cable to power alexa 35 from the upper output of the ronin2, I have both connectors, on the side of the ronin and on the side of the camera, but …
I understand that (+ would be pin 6,7,8 and - 2,3,4.)
The question is if I can jumper the pins inside conector and use a more flexible 0.75 two-wire cable or should I go pin by pin from one connector to another?
