Does adjusting the Exposure Index (EI) on ALEV III and ALEV IV sensors impact their physical sensitivity differently?

The answer is no, adjusting the EI does not change any physical parameter on the sensor.

The EI alters the gain of the incoming signal. It does not alter the sensitivity of the pixels per se.
