White Screen Issue + ND Error on Startup – Need Help

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue with my camera—it’s showing only a solid white display. I can still access the settings and menu just fine, but the image looks extremely overexposed, even though the lighting conditions are normal.

Changing the ISO does make the screen slightly dimmer, but it still stays completely white.

Additionally, the camera is showing an ND filter error. When I power it on, it cycles through the filters but ends up going to “clear” and stays there.

It’s also warning me that the internal battery is low, and I’m not sure if that could be related to the problem.

Any thoughts, suggestions, or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

The internal battery warning is not related to this problem. That's just to keep the time/date settings and I believe the TC.
My advice is to contact service@arri.com and let them take care of it. They will change the battery, fix your ND issue and hopefully can heal the expuosure issue.
