OK I've down loaded the file and placed it on the SD card but it just tells me its updating and nothing else happens, when I've had a enough I recycle power and its still on the old version? Is there a manual for this product?
And so far I've failed to register with Transvideo, so no access to manuals or instructions, never had an email back saying I'm registered.

OK that's how I tried it, left it for at least 15mins, but only ever had the display as per 1st screen shot in instructions! Any idea how long it should take?

Just to clarify, my application to register on the Transvideo website which I did back on the 16th July is still pending approval...... I guess they've gone on holiday..... Great IT support.....
