Options to shot anamorphic.

Trying to clear my mind on the options for anamorphic:

- HD Ana for 16:9 anamorphic image
- 2.39 2K Ana for 2.39 anamorphic image

But also I see the option to shoot in Open Gate 3.4K with a 1.195 marker which will fit and is slightly bigger, isn´t it?

Does this sound right?
Any other options? (apart from being able to what it Prores or Arriraw)

What if someone want to shoot in 3.2K mode adding a 1.195 marker and put on and anamorphic 2x lens?

Dear Saul,

let's start from the other end: What's your target format/delivery?
If you'd share that we can see which format might be the best option for you. Also consider storage space! Espeically longer projects tend to eat enormous volumes after some time.
