glitches in arriraw MXF footage

I've noticed 10 frame or so glitches in my arriraw MXF footage.
So far I've seen this happen 3 times but it could well be many more as I haven't gone through all of my recent footage in detail yet.
Has anyone seen anything like this? Any ideas how to mitigate / prevent?
A little too frequent for my liking...

All 2880 Arriraw 24fps.

Hi there,

Have you noticed any of these artefacts when shooting ProRes? Also, do you have a log file from the day of the shoot?

And lastly, could I also ask you where you're located?(It'll help getting you in contact with your nearest service centre)

Dear Dominik,

that looks like bad blocks on the CFast card. We recommend not to use the card anymore.
Please get in touch with ARRI Service, they will manage an exchange for a new card.
