Yesterday during a green screen shoot (3.2k prores XQ @25fps) i switched to 2k XQ @120fps - and after 4-5 takes the camera started to record FNP and swap colour channels (or some kind of colour swap error). This would continue until switching to 25fps and back with another 3-5 good takes before error. Also tried 2K 4444 @200fps with same result, now only 1 or 2 good takes before error occurred. Luckily a factory reset solved the problem but it had me freak out for a while as we where pressed for time. Has anyone else experienced this? Battery was full.

Hey Klaus,
my first reaction was: "Jerky SDI cable on a 444 signal", but that's not an option nowadays...
Did you recognize the issue during playback or already while recording the clip?
Please export all logfiles to your usb stick, 'zip them and send them over to digitalworkflow@arri.de.
Also let us know the name of the affected clips.
Best,
Jan

Hello, Klaus
In my opinion, in case that your camera is installed with firmware 3.1 or (3.0) and setup file on camera has been brought in from previous firmware, it might be possible.
To my experience, new firmware is not compatible with setup file that was made on previous version of firmware.
Hope it would be helpful.
