i cannot find the correct setting to turn on the 120 fps mode of the camera, it says the license is installed. is there something that I'm missing?

Dear Cherubim,

if the license is there (MENU > SYSTEM > FIRMWARE > Licenses Features) you shoud be able to go FPS > HIGHSPEED and boot the camera into HS-Mode.

If not, please get in touch with ARRI Service and let them have a look at your issue.

Also make sure you use 64GB SXS cards (not 32GB), and set the internal recording resolution to HD, (not 2K.)

Yes, right! Or if you need more capacity you can use SxS Pro+ up to 256GB.

Is it ok to use SxS Pro, is it still full of such features?

Please note that the 256 GB SxS PRO+ cards are not supported by the ALEXA Classic.
