HI-5 flashing antenna symbol

The antenna symbol on the HI-5 screen keeps flashing and the camera and motors cannot be connected. We tried to change the EMIP module for another one and the problem persists. We also tried Factory reset and nothing changes. Undoubtedly, the Hi-5 control must have some fault.
