When I turn on my Alexa Classic the side screen is completely white. The functioning of the camera seems normal except for this fault. I can use the buttons on the side to change frame rate (confirmed while using the EVF) and I can change other settings using the EVF buttons and also record and play back. SDI output to a monitor also works.

I had just formatted a SXS card and then gone into the menu when the side display froze/crashed. Upon restarting the camera the screen is now always white.

Have you, or anyone else, ever encountered this situation before however? I'm wondering if this is a hardware issue or if I could just do a factory reset on the camera to solve it.
