My camera keeps reseting it's wifi status to World instead of USA (In this case my preference) every time I change a battery, which is quite annoying if it's being used with a cell phone, since the phone won't recognize the wifi in that setup.
Is there any way to fix this?

Please try re-installing the current SUP. That sometimes resolves the issue.

Dear Adrian,
I conducted a quick test on your problem by setting WIFI to different countries each time and running a "shutdown - remove battery - wait 10s - reattach battery and boot again" cycle. The camera always woke up with the previous setting.
As Olli mentioned the firmware, which version are you on?
Best,
Jan

Yeah I just did a factory reset and SUP reinstalling. Currently at the 4.1.7 version (Which seems to be the current one). Still not working.
Everything else remains as I left it. Like if I assign functions to the camera buttons or choose a specific setup for the camera, it will remember those things. It will remember everything but the wifi setup.
Any guesses? It's frustrating cause I don't have the viewfinder, so I can't just go to the field and bring the iPhone and that's it. I gotta bring the ethernet cable and the laptop everywhere, which is super clumsy.
