Hey Guys,
Does anyone else have this lens and can test out if it is a problem with my lens or with the lens communication?
If I scroll the wheel on the Monitor to open up the lens, if you keep scrolling past 1.4 5/8 (1.8) the lens emits a quiet high pitched noise and the monitor stops displaying the stop and you lose control of the lens iris. The lens must be reseated for it to activate again.
Thanks!

Dear Justin,
since this is a 3rd party - 3rd party situation the error might be on our as well as on Sigma's side.
I guess you are running the latest SUP on the Mini?
Do you know which firmware version your lens is running?
According to Sigma's Lens Firmware Website there's a v1.02 for the EF mount (released in April 2016). Perhaps that solves the issue?
Do you also use that lens on a Canon DSLR? Did you recognize similar glitches?
Best,
Jan
