Black line below after interpreting 2944x2176 to 2880x2160

Sorry, this is hard to distill in the subject line.

I am new to the arri workflow and I would like someone to shed light as to why I am still seeing a black line at the bottom of my 2944x2176 footage after bringing it into premiere, interpreting the footage to anamorphic 2.0, and then placing the footage into a 2880x2160 timeline?

Dear Taylor,

you have recorded 4:3 2.8K ProRes, for reasons of file efficiency and packing of the *.mov container we add a clip padding: 32px left and right - as well as 16px on the bottom.

These should be cropped in post.
